 an Prater Raines has existed!\n\nTim Prater's first conference was Torquay 
 in 1994 (he was there promoting Lib Dem News, then the Party's weekly newsp
 aper), and he has attended pretty much every conference since (including th
 e Nonferences in York March 2020 and Brighton September 2022 when the confe
 rences were cancelled!).\n\nWe first started telling people about our websi
 te service for Liberal Democrats in 2002 (working as a partnership), and ma
 de the decision to form Prater Raines Ltd at York Spring Conference in Marc
 h 2007.\n\nThese days we continue to attend all Liberal Democrats Federal C
 onferences (and a smattering of State and Regional ones) promoting the Flee
 t website service which we supply to the Liberal Democrats and is used by 3
 30+ Lib Dem organisations (including the central Federal Party website libd
 ems.org.uk), and Lighthouse, the Party management system of the Liberal Dem
 ocrats designed, developed and maintained by Prater Raines.
