Stewart Christie to Join Prater Raines

Prater Raines Ltd are delighted to announce that Stewart Christie will be joining their growing team from mid-April.

Sandgate-based Prater Raines develop and support websites and data systems for a wide variety of clients. They formed in 2002, developing a website service that rapidly grew to be the largest supplier of Lib Dem websites.

Prater Raines still support hundreds of web for Lib Dems, including that of Party Leader Tim Farron MP, on their “Foci2” online campaigning and email platform. They also have a wide range of other clients nationally including FIM Capital, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Teneo Blue Rubicon and a number of other business and campaigning sites.

Stewart joins Prater Raines from the Liberal Democrats, where he has been Head of Technical Delivery since 2014. During this time, Stewart has supported of the Party’s key online membership, campaigning, election and communications tools including Salesforce, Nationbuilder and the customisation of various software.

Prior to his time with the Liberal Democrats, Stewart has held varied Technical and Systems Development roles, from the Technical Director of Development House traderi ltd, E-commerce Manager for London’s largest group of garden centres, and worked with large companies such as Borders, Everetts and Waterstones.

Stewart will join the Development team with a wide ranging brief, initially focusing on development work for FIM Capital, but also working across the rest of our portfolio including enhancing our Lib Dem Foci2 service.
