This year's petitions cover

• allowing the board rather than the whole membership to approve and reject new membership applications
• minor updates to the by-laws to remove obsolete provisions and add clarity
• changes to the election procedure after no candidate achieved enough support to receive the final board position this year
• term limits to board positions
• requiring the board to publish meeting minutes and six monthly written reports on work undertaken
• increasing the minimum size of the board from 6 to 8 members
• a timeline for publishing decisions of the board and making sure the records are permanently accessible
