We offer Microsoft 365 Business Basic which is a cloud-focused productivity subscription designed for small and medium businesses. It gives you access to essential Microsoft tools, and is ideal for businesses that need reliable business email, secure file storage, and collaboration capabilities across devices — all managed through a simple, secure Microsoft platform.
There is a charge of £6 +VAT per mailbox per month for email, including 50GB of storage and a whole range of add-ons which you can find out more about below.

If we provide your domain name, we add an SPF record to your domain as standard. This record publishes information about which mail servers are permitted to send mail from your domain, and reduces spam sent by other servers claiming to be from your email address. If you want to send mail from your domain without using our servers (for example, from a mail server in your office), you should let us know so we can update the record.
